A firm believer in the mind, body and spirit connection, she also offers breathwork classes to teach people tools and techniques to regulate and calm their nervous system.

a certified transformation coach
Nicola, with many years experience in communications consulting and coaching across a broad range of sectors and with a variety of people – from charity volunteers and peers through to entrepreneurs, global leaders and CEOs.
After graduating from Loughborough University with a BSc (Hons) from Loughborough University, she worked with some of the world’s biggest brands as a PR and communications consultant in London for 13 years.
For too long, she found herself caught up in the corporate rat race
And increasingly disconnected from nature, doing the things she loves. At the same time, she came to realise she is an empath with a talent for active listening, spotting behavioural patterns and their cause, and soothing others.
These experiences gave her the sense of purpose she was missing, and ultimately led her to explore this path professionally.
So, after some soul searching, she decided to take the leap to retrain as a coach to be able to put these skills into good practice and help more people benefit from coaching, as she herself has.

She qualified as an Animas Transformation Coach
And completed an additional continuous professional development course: Neurodiversity in Coaching: Context and Skills for Effective Practice).
She has since achieved accreditation with both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and she is an active member of both.
As a firm believer in the mind, body and spirit connection, she decided to study breathwork, and incorporate it into her coaching practice as well as offering it to companies and individuals as stand alone classes.
Her belief is that only when the nervous system is calm can the mind be receptive to talking therapies such as coaching.
A lifelong runner, hiker and mountain climber, she knows only too well the physical and mental benefits associated with movement and spending time outdoors and in nature.
